OmniCalc 2012 manages all orders and articles with production planning generation based on CAD drawings and resources. Regardless of whether the customer enquiry comes by telephone, fax or e-mail, with OmniCalc 2012 you process all proceeding accurately and quickly.
OmniCalc 2012 calculates the costs with and without geometry data, supports in the selection of the optimum raw plate size and generates a customer specific offer from it. Received CAD files, drawings, test reports or certificates can be stored in the system so they are available at any time.
Using the production plans, a reproducible calculation of the production costs is carried out. It includes all operations and the resources used, taking into account the corresponding cost rates. The production costs given by the price calculation module are completed with the surcharges and discounts applicable to calculate the selling price.
All administrative management tasks such as user management, access rights and rights management are also taken over by the system. Reports and evaluations are available. The history shows which items have been offered to which customers at which prices.
The plate management with charge tracing is one of the innovations in OmniCalc 2012 as is the calculation of resources with the aid of formulae.
Optionally, it is possible to realize the integration of OmniWin and/or an ERP system through OmniCalc 2012. Interfaces to customer records and order data give the necessary connections.
