A03 Basic course – Operating the CNC control "Global Control"

At the basic course – operating the CMC control "Global Control" you will learn the safe and efficient use of the CNC control of a cutting machine.

  • Operating a CNC cutting machine
  • Carrying out a diagnosis
  • Configuring the settings
  • Work independently

A05 Advanced Course – Operating the drilling unit

At the advanced course – operating the drilling unit you will learn how to set up and operate the drilling unit. Basis for participation is course A03.

Course contents:

  • The construction and functioning principles of the drilling unit
  • Introducing new tools
  • Operating the drilling unit

A11 Basic course – ALFA torch service

At the basic course – ALFA torch service you will learn how to adjust the ALFA torch correctly mechanically and electronically.The prerequisite for participating in this course is having already completed the course A03 and the certificate as an electro technician.

CAP01 Intensive course – Oxyfuel and plasma cutting vertical with operation of the "Global Control"

At the intensive course – oxyfuel and plasma cutting vertical with operation of the "Global Control" you will learn how to cut a work-piece with oxyfuel or plasma cutting with simple vertical cuts on a CNC cutting machine.

  • Operating a CNC controlled cutting machine
  • Setting up the machine
  • Configuring the settings
  • Analysis of defects, process optimisation

P01 Basic course – Plasma cutting vertical

At the basic course – plasma cutting vertical you will learn how to cut a work-piece out of plate on a plasma cutting machine safely and exactly with simple vertical cuts.

  • Analysis of defects and process optimisation
  • Setting up a machine
  • Practical projects for participants

P02 Advanced course – Plasma bevel cutting

At the advanced course – plasma bevel cutting you will learn how to make bevel cuts on a plasma cutting machine. Basis for participation are the courses A03 and P01.

  • The functioning principle of plasma bevel cutting
  • Making a fault analysis
  • Setting up the machine
  • Carrying out a practical project

L06 Basic course – Cutting with the fibre laser "FiberBlade"

At the basic course – cutting with the fibre laser "FiberBlade" you will learn how to cut a work-piece with a fibre laser with simple vertical cuts. This cousre is also available to you on site.

  • Cutting of mild and stainless steel
  • Carrying out a factory order independently

L07 Basic course – Cutting with the CO2 laser "LaserMat"

At the basic course – cutting with the CO2 laser "LaserMat" you will how to cut a work-piece with a "LaserMat" with simple vertical cuts.

  • Operating the control
  • Fault analysis and process optimisation
  • Cutting of mild and stainless steel
  • Carrying out a factory order independently

S18 Workshop User questions (On request. On-line training also possible.)

We will help you out on site or on-line with workshop application questions and with all your questions about cutting processes and machines.

Workshop qualified person for working media to DGUV-R 500

At this course you will learn everything which you need to know for technically competent repairs of our oxyfuel equipment and cylinder regulators as well as the maintenance of these tools to DGUV-R 500.

At the basic course – introduction to the design and nesting software you will learn the path from part design right up to complete NC programs for your cutting machine.

S14 Advanced course – OmniWin bevel support plasma

At the advanced course – OmniWIn bevel support plasma you will learn how bevel cuts are prepared properly and carried out. Basis for participation is course S02.

S15 Advanced course – OmniWin bevel support oxyfuel

At the advanced course – OmniWin bevel support oxyfuel you will learn how bevel cuts are prepared properly and carried out. Basis for participation is course S02.

S17 Crossgrade (OmniWin Classic to OmniWin)

The Course Crossgrade (OmniWin Classic to OmniWin) considers the different requirements arising when changing from OmniWin Classic to OmniWin.

You work in surface treatment in the area of steel, concrete or natural stone, whether as career starter or experienced person.

  • Selection of the gas supply

Flame scarfing – expert (DVS guideline 1150)

You work in surface treatment in the area of steel, concrete or natural stone and have at least 12 moths` experience in the area of flame scarfing or gouging or can provide evidence of comparable knowledge. You have passed the tests as flame scarfing craftsman.

You are master craftsman of the metalworking trade, industrial master craftsman (metal) or graduate engineer, DVS welding instructor, DVS welding master or have at least 3 years´ trade experience in thermal cutting or a 3,5 year craft training in metalworking , have passed modules 1 to 3 of oxyfuel and plasma cutting.
