Visit us at Fabtech 2019

We are happy to announce we are attending the 2019 Fabtech. November 11-14, 2019. Booth A4950.

Messer Cutting Systems will showcased three cutting machines at the 2018 Fabtech show in Atlanta, Georgia. Come visit us next year at Fabtech Booth A4950, at McCormick Place, in Chicago, Illinois. At the 2018 show attendees watch live plasma bevel cutting and oxyfuel cutting demonstrations. Messer Cutting Systems also sponsored the Fabtech Bistro, a place to eat and network.

We featured the MetalMaster Xcel, the fastest plasma cutting machine on the market, and showcased plasma bevel cutting using our Deltae rotator.  The machine also featured the drilling up to 3/8" and a digital camera. The Slagger® self-cleaning downdraft table comes standard with this machine you can watch how quickly it automatically cleans. With state-of-the-art industry leading traverse speeds of 3000 IPM, a robust design, and high acceleration drives, the Xcel has been increasing production to meet manufacturers’ demands. It great for material handling and it offers plenty of other optional equipment like a fiber laser head.

Also shown was the  MetalMaster 2.0,  which is a compact 5' x 10' unitized cutting machine with a downdraft table will feature the XPR300 HyDefintion® plasma torch for straight plasma cutting and Turbo Flame™ oxyfuel torch. This machine provides superior cut performance at a low cost.  

Also the  MetalMaster Evolution, a 8' x 20' unitized cutting machine with a downdraft table, featured the XPR300 HyDefintion® plasma system to power the Bevel-R™ Rotator, this compact plasma bevel rotator is designed to save costly secondary operations to meet the demands of a modern fabrication shop. This high speed plasma beveller can cut up to +/- 45 degrees. Featured on this machine is a new product design of a rotary marker. This machine is also equipped with the Slagger® self cleaning table.

Messer IT professionals were on hand to demonstrate OmniWin CAD/CAM software and learn the latest in IoT technology.
